Regina Dunning is from Deer Park, Illinois and is a passionate learning strategy professional committed to helping individuals achieve their purpose through knowledge, skills and development. She works as a Director in Client Experience, Learning & Development for Medix, Inc. Regina has created effective training solutions throughout her organization with a focus on talent acquisition and sales. She is dedicated to helping identify strong talent and ensuring they have the necessary resources to reach their fullest potential. She graduated with her B.S in International Resource & Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois. 

Her goal is to help build success through customer experience, talent acquisition, training, and create learning opportunities for employees and customers alike that allow them to grow in their overall aspirations.

Equally, she has a passion for Diversity of Thought in the workplace and helping to elevate women in Business. As a secondary role, Regina created a Women in Leadership program within her company. This program provides women with an opportunity to develop their own leadership skills, network, be a part of a supported community, while raising the visibility of high performing women leaders in the organization. Regina is passionate in carrying her work to the In Her Shoes Foundation to help women and girls in the Chicago area community learn their value and receive development to grow in their achievements.

Regina is a mom of 3 young children. They are the light of her life and provide constant laughter and fun. In her spare time she enjoys family fun trips around the suburbs & running, biking and swimming.
