About the speakers:
Jane is a certified coach, speaker, trainer, and workplace consultant. She helps people and groups get "unstuck" and supports individuals, teams, and organizations to make progress on positive, sustainable change. She brings an empathetic and intuitive coaching perspective to help people find and succeed at what's next for them.
Jane has coached and trained leaders and individual contributors from Fortune List organizations, start-ups, non-profits, education, medicine, law, and government. She regularly coaches political candidates, particularly women making first time runs for office; one of her past clients includes a National Congressional candidate who won a major party primary nomination for the 2018 midterm election.
Karianne is a Chicago-based brand strategist, consultant and presenter. Over the course of her career, she has led branding, digital marketing, advertising strategy and execution for some of the world's biggest brands including State Farm, Hewlett-Packard, and GE.
In 2017, Karianne launched Lofti, a brand education agency, to help professionals and entrepreneurs navigate the complex world of branding. She has coached over 250 leaders through private consulting and facilitated branding workshops in London and throughout the U.S. From real estate agents to consultants, dental practices, restaurateurs, performing artists and event managers. Karianne applies best practices from her experience with global brands in a simplified formula, empowering individuals to elevate authentic, powerful stories.
Kristin has spent her career in consumer packaged goods brand management and sales working on brands like Cheerios, Indian Motorcycles and Quaker Oats.
She joined Oars + Alps in 2017 and leads partnerships, offline marketing and retail sales. The Path To Purchase Institute named her one of the top 10 CPG marketers of 2017.
Outside of work she spends time with her siblings, running playing tennis and reading.
Sarah is an experienced Human Resources Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of progressive experience focusing in the healthcare industry.
She is a graduate with Masters of Public Service Management/Healthcare Administration Degree from DePaul University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University in HR, psychology and business.
Sarah has built her career in start up HR departments and understands the importance of branding as a professional.
Erika is best known for her coverage of heavy metal concerts with exposés on female and minority/majority entertainers from around the world. Her works have been featured in galleries and museums across the U.S. She was featured in Prof. Laina Dawes’ “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? A Black Woman’s Life and Liberation in Heavy Metal”.
